Topla Kuća (GBUNIONS GROUP) has successfully completed a project for the installation of a solar parking lot (solar carport) for a client. The project included the design, supply and installation of a solar power plant (SPP) on a metal structure that also serves as a carport for parking cars.
The main stages of work:
- Design and supply of equipment:
- Designed a custom metal parking canopy structure integrated with solar panels.
- Supplied and installed high quality equipment including solar panels, inverter, fixings and electrical components.
- Installation of the metal structure:
- A metal carport superstructure was installed to provide secure support for the solar panels and protect vehicles from precipitation.
- Solar Panel Installation:
- 36 solar panels with a total capacity of 16.2 kW are mounted on a metal frame.
- Panels are secured using aluminum fasteners for durability and weather resistance.
- Electrical Work:
- The solar panels are connected to the inverter and the power grid.
- Surge protection, grounding and system monitoring systems have been installed.
- Software is set up to monitor the operation of the solar power plant.
- Pre-commissioning:
- System tests have been carried out, including verification of the efficiency of the solar panels and inverter.
- The system has been successfully commissioned.
Equipment used:
- Solar panels: 36 pcs, model RSM108-10-430-455BNDG, power 430-455W each.
- Inverter: Three-phase inverter DEYE SUN-20K-G04, power 20 kW.
- Fasteners: Aluminum fasteners for solar panels.
- Electrical Components:
- Distribution board with protective devices (RCD, fuses).
- Overvoltage protection systems (AC/DC).
- Cables and connectors for connecting the system.
- Metal construction: Awning for parking lot, made according to individual project.
